About This Program

ROC FITNESS CLUB's boxing programme is one of Kathmandu's most complete — delivering technical boxing instruction for fitness, sport, and self-defence. Led by our certified boxing coaches with professional competition backgrounds, classes cover footwork, guard, jab-cross combinations, hooks, uppercuts, slip-and-counter defence, and sparring for those who want it. Our boxing gym features heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, a full-size ring, and all protective equipment. Sessions are available as group classes — high-energy and community-driven — or private sessions for focused technical development. Absolutely no experience required to start.
