ROC FITNESS CLUB's powerlifting programme is built for athletes who want to move maximum weight with maximum precision. Our certified powerlifting coaches programme each athlete individually, applying proven periodisation methods — linear, conjugate, and block periodisation — based on your current strength level and competition goals. Our dedicated powerlifting platform is equipped with calibrated competition plates, IPF-spec barbells, monolift squat racks, and belt squat machines. Whether you're stepping onto the platform for the first time or chasing a national qualifying total, our coaching team will get you there safely and efficiently.
