Every ROC FITNESS CLUB personal trainer holds national or international certifications and undergoes continuous professional development. From there, your trainer designs a fully periodised programme that evolves with you week by week. Sessions are available in the gym, outdoors at Tinkune Park, or via our online coaching platform.
