About This Program

ROC FITNESS CLUB's group fitness studio runs two of Kathmandu's most popular cardio classes under one roof. Zumba sessions blend Latin rhythms — salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton — with easy-to-follow choreography that burns 400–600 calories per session. No dance experience needed, just a willingness to move. Our aerobics classes take a more structured approach, combining rhythmic cardio, strength circuits, and flexibility work to improve cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness. Both formats are instructor-led, set to motivating music, and available for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned group fitness regulars. Classes run daily at both our Tinkune and Narephat locations.
