ROC FITNESS CLUB's main gym floor is one of the most comprehensively equipped facilities in Kathmandu. Our 5,000 sq ft strength and cardio zone features a full dumbbell rack (up to 50 kg), Olympic barbells, squat racks, power cages, cable machines, plate-loaded equipment, and a dedicated cardio suite with treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, and assault bikes. Whether you're a beginner finding your feet or an experienced athlete pushing your limits, our expert floor coaches are always on hand to guide your technique and keep your training on track. All members receive a complimentary initial assessment and personalised training template.
