About Roshani
Roshani is ROC FITNESS CLUB's resident nutrition expert and personal trainer, bringing an evidence-based, compassionate approach to every client she works with. With a background in sports nutrition science and years of hands-on coaching experience, she has helped hundreds of members in Kathmandu achieve sustainable fat loss, build lean muscle, and develop a healthier relationship with food. Roshani's nutrition plans are built around real Nepali food culture — no crash diets, no impossible meal preps, just practical strategies that work for everyday life.
